Shipping & Returns

We ship throughout the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. All UK Subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required whereas non-subscription orders, are subject to a £2.95 shipping fee. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. During busy periods or holiday seasons, please allow an extra day for processing.

We ship worldwide to bring Wett to athletes everywhere. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are applicable to all orders.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

• Order details and items shipped
• Tracking number
• Estimated delivery date
• Direct link to track your package

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@trywett.com.

To qualify:

• Must be your very first order from our website
• Only one claim per customer
• Product must be unopened and in original packaging
• Purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any third-party seller aren't eligible

How to claim:

1. Email us with your order number and reason for return — your feedback helps us keep improving
2. We'll send return instructions and authorization within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back at your own cost (we recommend using a tracked service)
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

*We'll deduct the shipping costs we incurred to send your order, regardless of whether you received free shipping.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if:

• The feedback provided isn't detailed enough to help us improve
• It appears the Guarantee is being used in a way that feels unfair
• A refund has already been issued to you previously

We may update or withdraw this Guarantee at any time — but we'll always honour valid claims for past orders.
