Subscriptions

How The Wett Refill Plan Subscriptions Work

When you purchase ant form of subscription from Wett, you'll receive repeat deliveries every 6 weeks as standard, with the option to adjust your delivery frequency at checkout or any time after. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

We'll always notify you in advance of any price changes. You can cancel before your next billing cycle if you don't wish to continue at the updated price.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it before the renewal date.

How to Change or Cancel a Subscription

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. To do so:

• Locate your order confirmation email
• Click the link to view your order
• Manage your subscription from there, including changing delivery frequency, pausing, or cancelling

Refunds for Subscriptions

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future deliveries. However, any deliveries already dispatched or paid for are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pre-orders

How Pre-orders Work

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock or is soon to be available. Depending on the product, we may:

• Collect no payment at checkout and charge you when the item ships
• Collect a partial deposit at checkout and charge the remaining balance when the item ships
• Collect full payment at checkout

Your payment method will be stored securely until the order is fulfilled.

How to Cancel a Pre-order

Before fulfilment: You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If you paid a deposit, it will be refunded to your original payment method.

After fulfilment: Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you cannot cancel the order. However, you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How Try Wett Risk Free Works

We stand behind Wett 100% — and we want you to feel confident trying us.

If this is your first order directly from our website, you can try our products risk free for 30 days.

When you place your first order, you will be charged in full at checkout and your product will be dispatched as normal. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll deduct the actual shipping cost we incurred (typically £2.95–£5.00), even if your order qualified for free shipping.

Eligibility

The Try Wett Risk Free guarantee:

• Applies to your first order only
• Applies once per customer
• Requires proof of purchase
• Purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any third-party seller aren't eligible

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your reason for returning — your feedback helps us keep improving.

We may issue refunds without requiring the product to be returned.

After the 30-Day Period

Once 30 days have passed since you received your order, the Try Wett Risk Free guarantee no longer applies. Any returns after this period, or on subsequent orders, are subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
