To qualify:

  • Must be your very first order from our website
  • One claim per customer
  • Requires proof of purchase
  • Purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any third-party seller aren't eligible

We may issue refunds without requiring the product to be returned. Your feedback helps us keep improving — so please let us know why it didn't work for you.

Standard Returns (Non-Personal Care Items)

For items that are not personal care products, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.


Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products (including deodorants and beauty products) cannot be returned once opened or used.

This applies to all purchases after your first order, except where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Important: Please wait for approval before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring items are returned in good condition.

Returned items must be received by us within 7 days of your return approval. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at  so we can resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

This right does not apply to sealed personal care products that have been opened after delivery, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase, postage and insurance. 


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return (if applicable), we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


Fair Use

We Reserve the Right to Decline a Refund If:

  • The feedback provided isn't detailed enough to help us improve
  • It appears the Guarantee is being used repeatedly in a way that feels unfair
  • A refund has already been issued to you previously

We may update or withdraw this policy at any time — but we'll always honour valid claims for past orders.
