Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.

During busy periods (such as product launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

United Kingdom

All UK orders include VAT at the applicable rate. There are no additional charges on delivery.

European Union

For EU customers, prices displayed at checkout include VAT where applicable. You should not incur additional customs charges on delivery, though this may vary depending on your local customs authority.

United States, Canada & Rest of World

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties incurred. Refunds in this case will be for the product value only, minus any costs we have incurred.

Delivery Issues

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

• Check any safe places where parcels are sometimes left

• Contact your local delivery depot or post office

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately here We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
